Kelsi Scott | Marketing Director

Kelsi is the kind of person who notices the little things. As Nicholson Real Estate Group’s Marketing Director, she’s behind much of what you see from the brokerage, from the details of a listing launch to the way the brand shows up in the community. She cares deeply about making things feel thoughtful, personal, and never like someone is just another transaction.

Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Kelsi has a soft spot for the people and places that make this area feel like home. Her philosophy is pretty simple: leave people and spaces a little better than you found them.

Outside of Nicholson, you can usually find her with an iced coffee or a Diet Coke with lime, watching football, or talking about her three dogs, Maisie, Walter, and Hopper. And if her camera roll is any indication, the dogs and the sky are currently competing for top billing, with a few engagement photos sprinkled in for good measure.

Around the office, Kelsi is the one making sure the details make sense, the marketing feels like us, and nothing important gets overlooked.
