Miah Northcutt | Director of Operations

Miah Northcutt is the Director of Operations at Nicholson Real Estate Group and a proud Scottsburg native with deep roots in the community. A graduate of Scottsburg High School, Miah served as drum major for the Scottsburg band, an experience that helped shape the leadership, organization, and steady presence she brings to the team today.

Family is at the heart of who Miah is, and when she isn’t keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, she’s usually diving into one of her many hobbies. She loves crocheting, reading, baking, gardening, practicing taekwondo, and spending time with her very large and very loved 100-pound dog, Tucker.

Known for being dependable, thoughtful, and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, Miah plays a huge role in making sure both the Nicholson team and its clients feel supported from start to finish.
