Pamela has been in real estate for almost five years, and somewhere along the way, she figured out that this business has a lot less to do with houses than people think.

For Pamela, it’s about the people inside them. The ones starting over, moving up, downsizing, dreaming bigger, taking a chance, or just trying to figure out what comes next.

She loves being the person in your corner. The one cheering a little too loudly, reminding you that you can do hard things, and helping make the whole process feel a little less intimidating. Big goals, little goals, messy seasons, exciting new chapters… she’s here for all of it.

Pamela is also the Lead Agent at Nicholson Real Estate Group, where she gets to support, train, encourage, and probably talk way too much with the agents around here. Watching people grow into themselves, find their confidence, and realize just how capable they are is one of her favorite parts of the job.

At the end of the day, Pamela wants you to feel like you’ve got somebody on your side. Someone who will answer the questions, celebrate the wins, walk through the hard parts with you, and make the real estate journey feel a whole lot more human.
